ABOUT ME
Hello!
I am an elite runner, full-time physical therapist, and Olympic Trials qualifier.
I live in Denver, CO where I work as an outpatient physical therapist, treating a wide range of patients, including orthopedic injuries, neurologic conditions, and vestibular dysfunction.
Running is my passion and "part time job". I compete as an elite distance runner, and coached myself to the 2020 Olympic Trials Marathon and multiple PR's along the way. I'm still training, racing and chasing new goals.
Outside of the clinic or away from training, you'll find me hiking, climbing and camping in the wild Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
No matter where I am, I'm growing, learning and pushing for progress.
And I enjoy every minute of it.
